“ Traveling and needed a place to eat lunch. Good reviews brought us in. Climbing upstairs we weren't sure. Wow...we were surprised. The atmosphere was great. Open and comforting. The food was great. My wife had the broiled fish, i had the fried tempora with onion rings. We were both happy. We got a bowl of chowder to go. I had it for lunch today. A bowl filled me up. Chunks of fish potatoes it was excellent. When we get back on the road again a place to stop. ”
“ Traveling often from Western NY to Maine, Northampton is a good stopover and this place never fails to satisfy the hunger. The food is very generous and the staff always very friendly. ”
“ What a charming place -- The ambiance is calm and open, which made it easy for us to sit and talk. We order the day scallops and the salmon -- both came with a garden salad. The mustard vinaigrette was tasty. The scallops were okay -- nothing stunning but thankfully not rubbery. The salmon seemed to be enjoyed. My husband ordered a roll that arrived a bit late and was cold -- but was a reasonable cost. ”
“ Great service and the location is great. However the food is bland, great place to take your grandparents just not somewhere to go if you want a tasty meal. ”
“ A great place to meet for lunch. Terrific salads and a nice ambiance. Nice dining inside Thorne's marketplace. Definitely a nice restaurant with lovely offerings. ”
“ Paul and Elizabeth's always delivers delish and healthy vegetarian and vegan food which is why we moved here 25 years ago. ”
“ Good vegetarian food, and the service was excellent. Also doesn't hurt that it's right next to a good ice cream place. ”
“ The restaurant is clean and welcoming, and very busy! My Parmesan, crusted salmon was delicious and came with rice, salad, and tea. The service was friendly and quick. The things other people eating look delicious as well. Two thumbs up. ”
“ Friendly service and great food with some healthy choices. It's very busy and understaffed which is an issue in the summer. The staff are extremely busy doing about 4 jobs each so be patient and enjoy a lovely meal. Ravioli were absolutely amazing ! Could have eaten a dozen !! ”
